It takes 2 days for us to make you a pizza... Luckily we start before you order! Did you know: 1. we are the only place in the Channel Islands that make natural 'lievito madre' slow proofed sourdough? That means we don't add any instant yeast, we use a sourdough culture that's over 50 years old, it's why our pizzas taste different. 2. We import all our 'fior di latte' mozzarella specially for our pizza, this lighter, creamier & 100% pure mozzarella is accepted to be the best for pizza in Italy. 3. We make the majority of our toppings from scratch too, in this case, we ordered a shoulder of pork, brined it, and cooked it in hay all to give you what others call 'ham'! 4. We hand spin our bases and cook them directly on stone, the only way for an Italian pizza, none of those funny little metal trays get in our oven! 5. We price our pizza to look like the rest, but as you can see from above, they are very different and we're proud of that!
